his own words

This is Isaiah. Hi guys. I am doing well. How are you guys? After a treatment I felt well. I'm dressing up as Luke Skywalker. Next Halloween I'm going to be Mace Windu. What are you going to be for Halloween?

Isaiah in Capitola/Emmaus Staff Family Retreat/October

[We go back for outpatient appointments tomorrow and Thursday. He's really doing great. Thanks for praying for him!]

Hi!
I was thinking about you a lot today Isaiah! I hope you have a great Halloween with your family. I have four second grade students in my class that are going to be Luke Skywalker. I think you'll look awesome in your costume. What si Sienna going to dress up as? I get the fun job of passing out the candy to all the kids in our neighborhood. I love seeing all of the fun costumes. Tell your family hello!
Love,
Meghan and Dustin Hein

Hey Isaiah, I didn't know that you had a new hair cut.I haven't looked at the blog in quite a few days. Baby Ethan has been sick, but he is strong and courageous just like you! I love your new haircut! I think you look really cute. I missed the early halloween trick or treating, I heard you guys had a great time. I will be praying for you and thinking a lot about you while you are in the hospital. I miss you and sienna very, very much! Tell Sienna I LOVE her.

Hi Oates family! Isaiah, I know you don't know my kids, but you would love to play with them and they with you!! Here is what they are going to be for Halloween: Jacob is going to be a nun, Ben is a man eating shark (really funny), Eli is Johnny Appleseed (he learned about him in 2nd grade this year)and Grace is going to be a bride. I am making a giant button to wear on my front with the words "belly" on it!! So glad to hear you are haning tough. We love praying for you!

I forgot to put this in my post Isaiah. Well, today I had to get my Flu shot and you know what??? I was kind of scared...can you believe a grown up can be scared of something like that???? But I thought about you and how brave you always are and I thought maybe I can pretend to be as brave as Isaiah and before I knew it they gave me my shot and it didn't even hurt!!! But the sad thing is when you are a grown up they don't even give you stickers or anything!!!! Oh well, just wanted to say THANKS for helping me to be brave. Love and hugs from San Diego XXXX

Hi Isaiah, It is so good to hear that you are doing well. :) I pray that your apt. went well today. We have been praying for you.
I am sure that you made a great Luke Skywalker for Halloween! Aaron was Cowboy Woody from Toy Story, and Jonah was a cow. We love you so much.
