We had to come home early from our staff family retreat because Isaiah's had a slightly-raised temperature for over 24 hours. We spent the day at Sutter (his ANC has dropped to 200) where they gave him an antibiotic. We're home now, hoping he's over the worst. We're back again tomorrow. He's really wiped out. Please pray for health and strength.

I hope you don't mind, but I was so touched by your blog about your son that I posted his photograph on my blog.
Unfortunately my readership is sporadic, but you never know...
I will put Isaiah on my prayer-list. I attend Seacoast Church in Charleston, S.C.
My blog is: http://toothdigger.blogspot.com
Isaiah,
Hi this is Drew. I wonder what it is like in that tube? Good job for being brave in there. I think I would think about all the Star Wars movies put together and about transformers, but that is a long time.
Hi, this is Zach. I also wonder what it is like in that big tube. I don't think I could be that brave in that tube. What did it sound like to you? A jack hammer is LOUD.
Hi, this is Ella. I would think about princesses. I think you did a really good job.
We all hope your fever goes away soon.
Love,
the Liljas
Isaiah,
You are truly amazing! What a brave Jedi you are!! Your mom, dad and sister are strong and brave, too, and we love reading the stories about this journey.
We will pray for continued strength for your family.
big, big hugs,
Cara, Patrick and Jae
