Fasting and spinal went well. Isaiah fasted until he woke up from the spinal at 2, then again that afternoon for his regular daily 3 hour fast. "I'm a fasting man!" he announced. The next day was hard: he had a lot of abdominal pain and couldn't walk. We had some tears which is very rare. He slept well and is feeling much better now. Thank you!
